Rose Day - Day of Hope for Cancer Patients - is dedicated to those battling cancer all over the world. At Kolkata, the youth group of Sadhu Vaswani Center, Bridge Builders, teamed up with the students of Chowringhee High School and Rotary Club to hold the Moment of Calm forgiveness session with the cancer patients in Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital.
Forgiveness brings not only spiritual benefits but also health benefits, releasing one of negativities such as grudges, anger & resentment that adversely affect the physical body.
The Chowringhee High School has a DAILY practice of observing The Moment of Calm, inspired by Rev. Dada JP Vaswani.
