Sadhana Camp: Registration Guidelines
Registration for the Sadhana Camp will commence from 9th May 2026. Please note that spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Register

Individual Enrollment: A separate registration form must be completed for each applicant.

Online Only: Registrations are accepted exclusively through our website: www.sadhuvaswani.org.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via RTGS or GPay. Detailed account information is available on the registration page.
Completing Your Registration
Your registration is considered complete only after the following steps are finalised:

Form Submission: Complete all required fields on the online form.

ID Verification: Upload a clear copy of a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport for).

Confirmation: Once your RTGS/GPay payment is verified, you will receive an official approval notification via WhatsApp and Email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are processed based on the date the cancellation request (and original receipt) is received:

On or before Sept 30, 2026: 75% refund.

On or before Oct 15, 2026: 50% refund.

After Oct 15, 2026: No refund requests will be entertained.
Important Note

Non-Transferable: Once a registration is confirmed, it cannot be transferred to another individual.

Foreign Nationals/NRI Applicants are requested to carry their original passports and visa-related documents to the hotel during check-in.
Sadhana Camp: Guidelines for Participants
As we gather to cultivate the soul, the organising committee humbly shares these disciplines for the journey ahead. We invite you to walk this path with us and maintain these practices, ensuring that our time at Sadhana Camp remains sacred and profoundly transformative.
Schedule & Attendance

Arrival & Check-in: On December 26, check-in and lunch will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Commencement: The first session begins promptly at 4:30 PM on December 26.

Daily Start: For the duration of the camp, the first morning session begins each day at 7:00 AM.

Commitment: Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. To maintain the spiritual energy of the program, participants are expected to attend the entire camp; leaving midway is not permitted.

Conclusion: The Camp will end at 2:00 PM on December 29, 2026, following lunch.
The Practice of Silence (Maun)

Maun Sadhana: Silence is to be observed daily until at least 1:00 PM. However, participants are encouraged to observe Maun for the entire duration of the Camp (except during interactive sessions) for a deeper internal experience.

Age Requirement: To honour the practice of silence, registration is restricted to participants aged 8 years and above.
Living & Conduct

Digital Detox: To maintain focus, reading newspapers, listening to the radio, watching TV, sightseeing, and shopping are strictly avoided.

Mobile Phone Policy: Use of mobile phones is permitted only for emergencies and must be restricted to your room (without disturbing roommates).

Separation of Sections: Brothers and sisters will remain in their respective sections, including separate arrangements for dining.

Premises: Participants may not leave the hotel premises without explicit permission from the person-in-charge. The Camp is for registered participants only; visitors are not permitted.

Accommodations: Room assignments are final; no changes to roommates will be allowed during the camp.
Attire & Personal Essentials

Dress Code: We invite participants to embrace a spirit of simplicity in their attire. We recommend wearing well-covered white clothing. Please refrain from wearing shorts or any revealing garments to maintain the decorum of the camp.

Footwear: To keep the spaces pure, please leave footwear in your respective rooms. If you prefer not to walk barefoot, please carry a few pairs of socks.

Yoga: Please bring your own yoga mat and modest, fully-covered yoga attire.

Health: Every participant should carry their own supply of general and prescribed medicines.
General Etiquette

Seating: Seating is open and cannot be reserved, except for designated areas for singers and musicians.

Identification: All participants are requested to wear their name badges at all times
