  1. Application for cancellations received on or before (subject to submission of original receipt) :
    Sept 30, 2025 - 75% refund
    Oct 15, 2025 - 50% refund

    No refund application for cancellation will be entertained after Oct. 15, 2025.

  2. Registration received is non-transferable.
     

  3. Kindly upload a photocopy of -
        - PAN card (Aadhaar card if PAN is not available)
        - Passport (for foreign nationals/NRIs)
     

  4. Check-in and lunch - 12 noon to 2 PM
    Allocation of rooms may take up to 4 PM on the day of check-in, i.e. 27th December.
     

  5. Foreign Nationals/ NRI Applicants are requested to carry their original passport and visa-related documents at the hotel during check-in.

It is a constant endeavour by Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani that we should cultivate the soul. In this pursuit, the organising committee, with folded hands, wishes to share a few disciplines to be maintained by the participants throughout the Sadhana Camp so that it becomes a soulful journey.

 

  1. Participants should refrain from reserving seats; reserved seats are only for singers and musicians.
     

  2. Participants are requested to leave their footwear in their respective rooms, and are requested to carry a few pairs of socks if they cannot walk barefoot.
     

  3. Participants are requested to carry their own yoga mats with them as well as yoga costumes (fully covered).
     

  4. Each participant is requested to carry general medicines along with them.
     

  5. Brothers and sisters are required to remain in their respective sections. Food arrangements will be made separately for both. Ladies and gents room accommodations will be separate.
     

  6. Participants are required to wear simple (and well-covered) clothes - preferably white. Participants are not allowed to wear shorts.
     

  7. Reading of newspaper, listening to the radio or watching TV, using of telephone, sightseeing and shopping are to be strictly avoided.
     

  8. No change of roommates will be allowed during camp.
     

  9. The Camp is open only to participants. No visitors, please!
     

  10. All participants are requested to wear their name badges at all times.
     

  11. Participants cannot leave the premises without the permission of the person in charge.
     

  12. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions. Participants need to attend the entire camp, and leaving the camp midway is not permitted.
     

  13. In case of any difficulty, participants are requested to contact the General Manager, The Hyatt Regency Hotel, Pune.
     

  14. The door of the Satsang hall will be closed once the session starts.
     

  15. First session begins at 4.30 PM on December 27 and the Camp will end at 2 PM with lunch on December 30, 2025.
     

  16. While there is great emphasis on sowing the right seeds in the mind of young ones, registration is open only for those 8 years and above, as this Camp will emphasise the practice of silence (maun) to the best of its ability.
     

  17. The form can only be filled out online from the website, www.sadhuvaswani.org, and payment can only be made via RTGS, Gpay. Account details will be shared on the website.
     

  18. Registration will only be complete once the form is filled and a copy of the photo ID (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card or Passport) is submitted on the website. On confirmation of the payment via RTGS the participant will receive an approval by SMS/Email.
     

  19. ​Use of Mobile phones for emergency purpose is strictly restricted only in the rooms without disturbing the room mates. Mobile phones not to be used in public areas like corridors, dining area, satsang hall. If used outside the room then the mobiles will be confiscated.
     

  20. Every day, the 1st session will start at 7.00 AM.
     

  21. Simple satvic food will be served. 
     

  22. Maun (Silence) Sadhana has to be practised at least till 1 PM. It is preferred that participants observe maun for the entire period of the Camp.
