4th Oct World Animals Day observed by Sadhu Vaswani Mission Schools Pune
STOP ALL KILLING: Little ones take out their hand-made placards to show compassion to animals on World Animals Day, today, 4th October 2019. The schools of Sadhu Vaswani Mission celebrated World Animals Day commemorating St. Francis of Assisi’s anniversary.
At the Pune schools, cute faces voiced enthusiastically for saving the animals and also the earth at the round of the campus with the sacred Samadhi of the revered founder Sadhu Vaswani, whose call was reverence for all life.Â
In Pradhikaran, Sadhu Vaswani International School took out a little rally along with a talk by Mrs. Darshana Muzumdar on animal rights. The students also donated Rs. 8900 to an NGO - ‘Sare Jahan Se Achha’ that takes care of stray animals. These funds were self-earned by the students (profit of swakamai) by setting up a vegetable market for the parents.
In Manjiri, the Sadhu Vaswani Gurukul students had little ones displaying their cute placards, voicing it out for the voiceless ones.
