Special Healthy Heart Week Camp at Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute on the occasion of 6th Anniversary

Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute has organized a Special Healthy Heart Week Camp from June 4 – 9, 2012 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on the occasion of completing 6 years.

During the Healthy Heart Week, patients can avail many facilities – free cardiac consultation, free ECG, 50% concession on cardiac investigations and discounted packages in Angiography, Angioplasty and Bypass Surgery. The camp is open for all and will be held at Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute campus Everyone is invited to come and avail of the offers at this camp.

In this short span of 6 years over 8000 cardiac interventions have been performed and 1800 cardiac surgeries have also been performed – including open heart surgeries, valve replacements and a wide range of Paediatric surgeries.

One of the patients, Mr. Rajesh Valyani from Sholapur who underwent an Angioplasty at Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute recently expressed, “I have taken treatment at Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute for an Angioplasty. I was admitted for 12 days at a hospital in Sholapur but there was no improvement. We had heard about Fabiani & Budhrani Heart Institute and contacted the hospital management whether I could come for my treatment to their hospital in Pune and also requested for some concession in the treatment. The hospital management gave me all the help and support and I have done my Brachial Angioplasty. I am really thankful to Dada J. P. Vaswani for opening such a Heart Hospital where all patients are treated with so much love, care and compassion.”

Thursday, 17 May –

Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani reached New York in the afternoon of 17 May 2012. There was a horde of devotees to greet him at the airport. He met everyone with loving smiles and Prasad. And his first question was about the daily satsangs at the Sadhu Vaswani Center in New Jersey. Happy that it went on daily, even with a few people, he announced that he would join the gathering from this evening itself.

The evening came and many devotees flocked to the Center, much to Rev. Dada’s delight despite the short notice.

In his Upadesh, Rev. Dada reminded everyone of the value of the human birth. We could have been born a cow, a pig, a mosquito but God’s Grace has given us the human birth. He gave the example of a rich lady. She had 340 sarees and it used to take her 45 minutes daily just to decide which saree to wear. “Just imagine we have 45 minutes to select what to wear but we don’t have time to sit in silence,” Rev. Dada remarked. May we realize the importance of the human birth, he urged everyone. For that, it is necessary to spend some time in silence, attend satsang and do some good every day.

The group was headed by Mr. Tahir Hasan Khan, President of Karachi Press Club; Mr. Farhan Effendi, Bureau Chief of ARY News; Mr. Mahesh Kumar, Chief Editor Daily Sindh Hyderabad & Mr. Karamat Ali, Executive Director of Pakistan Institute of Labour Education. Few press members from Mumbai Press Club also accompanied the group.
