Sri Shailendra Bhartti spread a delightful feast of music and melody for the audience on the auspicious occasion of Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani’s birthday celebrations at Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Pune. Uplifting kirtans as well as Nuri and Anjali Bhajans (Bhajans penned by Sadhu Vaswani and Dada Vaswani) in Hindi sung by the popular singer filled the minds of devotees with pure, holy and divine vibrations. His mellifluous voice touched many hearts.

The St. Miras Primary and Secondary Schools celebrated Dada J. P. Vaswani’s 92nd Birthday on July 27, 2010 with lovely melodious bhajans and felicitations to Dada by students. Prayers for his good health and long life were done.
The atmosphere became very interesting when the students from primary section recited a Birthday song for Dada – “Aaj Hamare Dada ka Janamdevas”. Dada’s video talk was so heart touching that it felt as though Dada was really speaking to the students though he was not physically present amongst them. In his talk, Dada urged students to ask a question - Is it necessary to speak or better to remain silent?

On the auspicious day of Guru Purnima the devotees at the Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Pune, came forth in full force to celebrate and express their gratitude for the continued presence and health of their Guru, Revered Dada J.P. Vaswani. Prayers of thanks were offered to the Master, Sadhu Vaswani by commencing the day with ’seva’ at 5.30 a.m. at his sacred Samadhi. This was followed by kindling of the sacred Havan and recitation of Maha Mritunjaya Mantra.
