Rev. Dada J.P.Vaswani’s Tribute to Dada Amar
Dada T.P.Amar: A Mine of Many Virtues
In a letter to Mrs. Chandini and Mr Bharat Amarnani, Dada J.P.Vaswani wrote:
Dearly-remembered ones,
Such was God’s Will. Beloved Dada Amar has been called to Higher Life. I have no doubt that he abides close, very close to the Lotus Feet of guru and God whom he loved with no ordinary love.
Beloved Dada Amar was a living, moving picture of simplicity and service, of purity and prayer, of kindness and compassion, of humility and helpfulness. Indeed, his life was a mine of many virtues. He taught that life and all the bounties of life are given us as a trust to be spent in the service of the less fortunate ones. He gave food to the hungry, he clothed the naked, he built houses for the homeless. He breathed hope in the hearts of palsied children and in a variety of ways, he showed that to live aright was to give and give and keep on giving until it hurts.
