Thanksgiving Week Programme
(February 18 – 24th 2006)
Dear Friends,
Warm wishes and greetings from the Sadhu Vaswani Mission Head Quarters, Pune.
As Rev. Dada J.P.Vaswani recovers from his recent ailment, all of us here in Pune are gearing up for the forthcoming Thanksgiving Week programmes. As you know, last year our service activities in Pune included free cancer screening camps, over 50 cardiac procedures, service of the disabled and the orphans, mela for underprivileged, feeding the poor and financial aid to needy Sindhi families.
This year too, we plan to extend our service activities so as to bring help and healing to those who suffer, as Rev. Dada always urges us to do.
With the generous support of all well-wishers, we hope to offer free cardiac procedures to a hundred needy patients this year.
These are a few of the highlights of our Thanksgiving activities this year:
- To increase the number of cardiac procedures to 100.
- To have free Cancer Detection and Screening OPD’s for the full week.
- Mela for Sweepers.
- Service of the blind, disabled, handicapped, orphans and the homeless.
- Providing financial aid to needy Sindhi families.
- To organize medical camps in various villages around Pune and distribute free medicines.
- Poor feeding.
- Akhand Paths of various scriptures and recitations of various mantras round the clock.

Kindly Note:
- Every day there will be path of Sri Jap Sahib at the Sacred Samadhi at 7:00a.m.
- At 6:00 am everyday tea and biscuits, will be served to the homeless.
- In the evening satsang, everyday, Seva will be done of charitable institutions
- Fruits will be distributed among poor patients, birds and animals will be fed.
- Free by-pass and cataract surgeries will be carried out.
