Dear Brothers & Sisters,
It is important that you go through all the forms very carefully and follow the requirements as specified in our covering letter.
We find that many applicants ignore our instructions and fail to provide certain important information, because of which, we spend valuable time making many long distance calls at a time when we get very busy with other important camp matters. Therefore, kindly pay special attention to following points:
" WHEN COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM, PLEASE PRINT ALL INFORMATION IN BLOCK LETTERS (CAPITAL WORDS) ONLY. DO NOT WRITE IN SCRIPT, SINCE IT CAN BE VERY HARD TO READ AND YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE RECORDED INCORRECTLY.
" YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM FULLY. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY INFORMATION
" YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER
" YOU MUST SPECIFY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MAIN APPLICANT & OTHER APPLICANTS
" YOU MUST PROVIDE THE AGE OF EVERY APPLICANT ON THE FORM.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS, MIGHT BE A CAUSE FOR REJECTION IN THE SADHANA CAMP.
Further, if you do not receive your confirmation in three (3) weeks from the date you mailed your application, you must contact Arjan R. Mirpuri at (201) 568-2536 to investigate the delay.
WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY INQUIRY BY "E-MAIL", THEREFORE DO NOT SEND ANY E-MAILS.
Lastly, to avoid disappointment, please do not wait till the last minute to mail your application because space is limited and registrations are handled on a first come first serve basis.
